Money transfers between players

Pokerbet players can transfer funds to each other within our system. In this case, the amount is deducted from the sender's balance and hits the recipient's balance. Funds transfer and receipt options are available to all verified poker-room players. To verify your account, you have to:

1. Confirm the e-mail address you specified when creating your account.
2. Provide your identity documents.
3. Confirm your ownership of payment system accounts used for depositing to and withdrawal from your poker-room account.

The minimum transfer amount is 145 UAH ($5 for the game accounts in the currency of USD).

To prevent fraud through transfers, exist several additional rules

1. In order to withdraw the funds received through the transfer, the recipient needs to wager 10% of the transfer amount in poker or make bets for 70% of the transfer amount in other games.
2. Accounts of both transfer sender and recipient must be verified.
3. A transfer shall not be regarded as a deposit and it can not be used for a first deposit bonus or any other bonus activation.
4. For accounts that do not have a history of deposits and withdrawals, the maximum transfer amount is $100.
5. In case the sender and recipient accounts are in different currencies, the transfer amount shall be converted at the rate indicated on Pokerbet site.
6. Each transfer is investigated by Pokerbet Security Service that can last up to 24 hours.
7. The Security Service reserves a right to decline a transfer without disclosing the reason.
8. To make a transfer, a sender does not have to win back the rake of his last deposit.
9. If a player has received a transfer and wants to send it back, and has not started using it, or has not used it totally yet, then ”the money on hold“ (which is equal to the amount of the transfer and is written off when 10% of it is being spent) is being written off from both players.
10. In case a player wants to return a bigger amount than the amount of transfer to a sender, the hold will be written off only from this player however a recipient has to play off the whole amount of the transfer.
11. If a player has received a transfer but have not started using it and wants to send the money not to a sender but to a 3rd party, the hold is written of this player, and the transfer will be spent by the recipient.
12. If a player has received a transfer, has spent an about half of it and want to send money to a 3rd party, such transfer is allowed in a case when after the transfer is completed, their account contains the amount of money that is not less than the amount of the money that is being left on hold.
13. The Sender agrees that he/she can transfer funds to the Recipient only in order the latter could use them for participation in the games and not for any other purposes.
14. The Recipient agrees that he/she can receive funds from the Sender only in order to use them for participation in the games and not for any other purposes.
