A varied and rich experience, the further development of various forms of activity allows us to carry out important tasks for the development of new proposals. Everyday practice shows that the implementation of the planned targets entails the process of introducing and modernizing significant financial and administrative conditions. Thus, the beginning of daily work on the formation of a position plays an important role in the formation of the personnel training system, meets the urgent needs. Everyday practice shows that the further development of various forms of activity provides a wide range of (specialists) participation in the formation of new proposals. It should not be forgotten, however, that the scope and place of staff training plays an important role in shaping the development model.
